RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on breluxebeauty.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please call 888-920-2041 Our team will be happy to help you find a product to better suits your needs or refund your purchase price, we will cover the return postage by providing a free return label via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package.

To prepare your return package, please provide original invoice, reason for your return and include all products for return.

If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include payment for the extra amount.
Follow the shipping instructions provided in the email containing the prepaid label to send your return package. Affix the return label provided on the original invoice to the outside of the return package.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased on BreLuxeBeauty.com shipped to US addresses may be returned for refund or exchange. Products purchased at BreLuxeBeauty.com are not accepted for return at BreLuxe studio locations or authorized boutiques. BreLuxe Pro Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. It will take 7-10 days for shipping unless specified otherwise.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding all major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping & Handling charges start at $5.00 and increase with the value of your order. There are no Shipping and Handling charges when sending a BreLuxe Pro Online EGift Card.
