Be healthy in 2009 – New Years Resolution

During the holidays, if you are like me then you eat, eat and eat some more. I have eaten cookies, cakes, pie, and ice cream on top of all the turkey, ham, rice, vegetables, etc… Catch my drift here, I am feeling pretty yucky.

As we set our goals and resolutions for the new year, let’s all consider being more healthy. Eating well and exercising not only helps us get fit, it will also make us feel better. It makes us feel better about ourselves from the inside out.
